Why would a person take a Probate Loan?
Heirs of the property may need funds for expenses or they may want to divide the estate up in a quicker fashion.
Can I get a loan while the property is in probate?
As long as there is court approval of the existing probate case, and we are originating a loan with the borrower proper confirmed by the court, it is an easy and quick loan process to complete.
